The voter registration deadline for the October 20 election is this Wednesday, September 19. You may apply for voter registration by completing a Louisiana Voter Registration Application form at any Registrar of Voters office or by mailing a voter registration application. If you have recently moved or changed your name, you must update your voter registration record by Wednesday in order to vote in the October 20 election. If you will be traveling or unable to vote at your precinct during Election Day, Saturday, October 20, request an absentee ballot by mail today.
