Also codes outpatient records for ICD-9-CM/CPT-4 code assignments. Abstracts inpatient records as needed. Ideal candidate would have both inpatient and outpatient surgery coding experience.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
