Home Demolition Program

Sealed Bids will be received until the hour of 10 a.m. on Monday May 11th 2009 local time in the field offices of Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. at 5741 Crowder Blvd. Suite A-9, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70127, after which time, bids will be publicly read for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, etc., and performing all work necessary for:

Louisiana Land Trust Demolition Bid Package No. 4
Utility Disconnects, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana

This project consists of disconnecting the underground sanitary sewer and potable water services lines from the public utility to the private property, and all incidentals thereto, to prepare the property for demolition by others.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarentee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

The bid documents are on file and open for inspection at CDM's Louisiana Land Trust field office at 5741 Crowder Blvd. Suite A-9, New Orleans Louisiana, and may be secured from the office of Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. at 1515 Poydras Street, Suite 1350, New Orleans, Louisiana 70112 by licensed contractors upon payment of $50.00 per set. Payment shall be in the form of check and money order only and is non-refundable.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 4th 2009 at 10 a.m. local time at 5741 Crowder Blvd. Suite A-11, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70127. Representatives of Engineer and Owner will be present to discuss the Project and answer questions. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.

The Louisiana Land Trust reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and to make awards as it might elect. Please submit all questions related to the bid documents to:
