RE: WEISS AWARDS EVENT BOARD SUPPORT

Tomorrow will mark one week before the Weiss Awards Event which is scheduled to take place Tuesday, April 28, 2009.

As Board Members, your participation is vital to the success of the Event. The Weiss Awards Committee is asking that each Board member to be responsible for selling or purchasing to tables ($2,500 each).

As you know, the Weiss Awards is NOCCJ’s primary fundraiser. Funds raised from the Event will support local innovative programs for the community such as our new program, the Youth Renewal Initiative is a program designed to create a healthy and safe community by identifying and targeting youth who are living in the community without adult supervision or with inadequate adult supervision.

Attached are a Weiss Awards Fact Sheet and a Reservation Sheet. Please review.
