Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America Home Ownership Program
Currently, Gates on Manhattan has lease-to-own condos available in Harvey, selling for less than $100,000 per unit. The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America is just one of the many local organizations helping low income renters purchase these condos, as well as traditional-style houses throughout the region.

NACA is a non-profit, community advocacy and homeownership organization that conducts homeowner counseling and helps even those with poor credit to purchase a home or refinance a predatory loan. NACA offers a mortgage program with no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, no requirement for perfect credit, at a below-market interest rate.
