This article about the Black Women of Capital Hill is a great reminder of what important times we are witnessing. Written by Krissah Thompson, this story highlights the great women like our own Donna Brazile who I had the pleasure of meeting several years ago at Jack Dempsey’s Restaurant. The Obama is holding true to his words. Out of the three dozen senior positions on President Obama's team, African American women filled seven. It is at this moment in time that women should pay attention to the strides we making in history. Remember, March is Women’s History Month.
