ATTENTION DOWNTOWN STAKEHOLDERS

The Downtown Development District has received a number of notes of concern regarding waste collection Downtown. As a result, Downtown residents and business owners affected by recent changes in the City of New Orleans’ waste collection services are asked to inform the Downtown Development District of your experiences since March 15.

On behalf of Downtown stakeholders, the information collected will be presented to the City of New Orleans as part of the DDD's ongoing advocacy efforts to ensure the highest level of service is provided Downtown.

To tell the DDD how you are being affected by the recent changes in waste collection, you can reply to this email or send a message directly to wasteconcerns@neworleansdowntown.com. Please include the following information:

Your name and contact information, including company, title, address, and telephone number;
A complete description of what you have experienced, along with the location and exact address; and
Supporting materials such as pictures and/or other relevant documents.

Please forward this email to other Downtown stakeholders affected by the change in waste collection services.
