CITY OF NEW ORLEANS CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

BI-WEEKLY RECOVERY UPDATES

Today, the Mayor's Office of Communications released its Recovery Data
sheet to highlight key city departments during the recovery of the City
of New Orleans. This week's information includes updates from January 1
thru March 1, 2009.

CITY FEMA PROJECT WORKSHEET UPDATE

Summary based on the data compiled from FEMA since September 2005; last
update received on 02/27/09. Number of worksheets and total value may
increase or decrease due to possible versions and/or de-obligations. An
advance fee of $102 million was received immediately following
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita for emergency work costs.
